  • Each program is unique and designed specifically for the athlete after the initial assessment test.
  • Strength, conditioning and recovery programming.
  • Access to my online training platform 7 days a week.
  • Daily coaching support.  
  • Continuous program micro adjustment.  
  • Sport Nutrition coaching.
  • If you are a female athlete, nutrition and programming designed for your unique needs.
  • Guidance on how to integrate Heart Rate Variability into your program. 
  • Assessment testing and reports on a 8 week schedule.  I utilize assessments to construct each unique program and to ensure continuous progress for my athletes.  

 

A 6 month initial commitment is requested.  In my experience, quality process equates to quality results.

This is a 2650 mile trail record. • Collegiate soccer player. Premier level youth soccer and softball player.
